What you’ll do
- Drive client acquisition and retention—be the go-to person for strategic client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Junior and Senior Business Managers. Squad of 10 corporate warriors and 40 consultants.
- Own your KPIs and ensure your team smashes their targets.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters to match top talent with top clients.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and develop long-term partnerships across our diverse service lines.
What you’ll do
- Lead & manage – Coach and grow a team of Business Managers 🤝
- Hunt & close deals – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract 🏆
- Expand key accounts – Develop long-term, high-value partnerships 💎
- Collaborate with recruiters – Find and place top-tier consultants 👨‍💻
- Report directly to the executive board – Your impact is seen & valued
