 What you’ll do

  • Drive client acquisition and retention—be the go-to person for strategic client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Junior and Senior Business Managers. Squad of 10 corporate warriors and 40 consultants.
  • Own your KPIs and ensure your team smashes their targets.
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters to match top talent with top clients.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and develop long-term partnerships across our diverse service lines.

What you’ll do

  • Lead & manage – Coach and grow a team of Business Managers 🤝
  • Hunt & close deals – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract 🏆
  • Expand key accounts – Develop long-term, high-value partnerships đź’Ž
  • Collaborate with recruiters – Find and place top-tier consultants 👨‍💻
  • Report directly to the executive board – Your impact is seen & valued

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in sales & management – Experience in consulting/IT is a plus đź’ˇ
  • Sharp business mindset – You think strategy & execute fast ⚡

  • Fluent in German & English – French is a plus 🇩🇪🇬🇧
