Sales Leader (m/f/d) in Healthcare DE/EN Homeoffice
Your task
- Develop strategic sales plans to effectively target the nephrology and oncology market
- First experience in managing and motivating a team
- Development and support of your customer base as well as the development of business relationships in your area of responsibility (Eastern Germany region)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in hospitals, dialysis centres and oncology clinics
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for management
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards in the field of clinical nutrition
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Ideally strong knowledge of the clinical nutrition market, especially in the areas of nephrology and oncology
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Languages: German (C2- C1), English (C1), French (desirable)
