With your experience, eagerness to learn and passion for problem-solving, you will be working closely with different teams and key stakeholders across the organization to support our CFO to manage our compliance.

Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: analysis of actual performance and budget/forecast in close collaboration with CFO and Business Analyst
- Further development of financial plans and scenarios to enable sensitivity analyses of the business
- Create and automate reports for management, banks and other stakeholders
- Improvement (in particular automation of processes) of KPI calculation and analysis
- Contribute to further improve the data quality of accounting and integration between accounting tools and controlling.
- Support French Accounting team during annual closing of financial accounts and collaborate closely with external accountants for our entities in USA, Asia, Europe and Australia.
- Prepare and follow-up on applications and reports of grants and subsidies
- Support our fundraising activities
- Participate in Cashflow management
Your Profile
- Business degree with a focus on finance and controlling, and ideally in accounting (or equivalent)
- At least three years of experience working in Finance (and ideally in Accounting)
- High affinity with digital financial tools, familiarity with our tools (Spendesk, Datev, Xero, Gusto etc.) would be a plus
- Strong modeling skills and agility with financial concepts
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills as well as a hands-on mentality
- Team player with ability to handle pressure and go to the last mile when needed
- Personal interest for the social impact environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German, French would be a plus
