We are now offering a paid internship in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and Content for 6 months in Berlin-Mitte. As a marketing intern with a focus on SEO content, you will help us achieve our goals by improving our online visibility in the German market.
As an intern you will support our SEO and Marketing team in their daily work. Here you will take responsibility from the very beginning, you can apply your digital skills and gain valuable experience in the marketing field. In addition, you will get a unique insight into the way an agile start-up works. You will receive extensive training and onboarding, so you can approach your new challenge with confidence.
Located in one of our European offices, you will be a real support for our SEO team project managers. Achieving your daily duties, you will be collaborating with our technical, customer care, business development and marketing teams, a group of people that are professionals, passionate and engaged in the promotion of refurbished products. You will be part of the SEO team, and will be under the responsibility of the DE SEO Manager.
During your time at Back Market, the team will always be by your side and don't worry: you don't need any previous experience for this position. However, a passion for digital marketing and sustainability is definitely an advantage!
After a period of integration & training, you will be directly involved in our entire operational roadmap.
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
Supported by the SEO project managers already in place, your missions will be the following:
- Writing high value content (high-tech oriented topics, buying guides, how to, ...etc)
- Conducting SEO keywords analysis
- Localizing topic relevant projects
- Analyzing results and presenting conclusions to your manager and team
- Setting up technical sanity checks using best in class SEO tools (ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Google Analytics, Screamingfrog, internal crawls/logs tools...etc)
- Contributing to our back office by integrating content
You're In The Right Place If: ⭐
- You're fluent in both German (C2) and English

- You’re comfortable with numbers and have strong analytical skills - Test, analyze, learn, adapt, test, … round trip
- You’re rigorous and methodical (bullets proof self organization)
