About the client:
Your responsibilities:
- Commercial Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the chemical sector.
- Production Process Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure production aligns with customer expectations while maintaining quality standards.
- Regulatory Compliance (ICPE): Oversee compliance with environmental regulations in collaboration with DREAL, including audits and reporting.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 to 20 people, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee site budgets, analyze financial performance, and propose optimizations to ensure profitability.
Your profile:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales development or unit management within an industrial or chemical sector.
- Expertise in managing industrial processes and regulatory compliance (ICPE).
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of chemical processes (coatings, thermal transfer ribbons).
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Managerial Skills:
- Proven experience managing teams (10-20 people).
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
- Languages: Fluent in French and in English.
- Mobility: Willingness to establish long-term residence in Normandy (near Dieppe).
