At Ubeeqo you will:
- Handle French customer queries on the phone
- Ensure the best-in-class quality of customer support for the French market in B2C & B2B
- Help us improve our overall services & user experience
- Support our Fleet & Operations team in Paris
- Check driving licences & validate new Carsharing users
- Onboard new Carsharing customers via phone
- Manage challenging situations in cooperation with other departments of our company
What you will bring along:
- 6 months+ experience in Customer Service on the phone
- great communication skills
- native level fluency in French & good level of English
- excellent problem-solving skills
- flexibility for changing working hours within our shiftplan (Mo-Su 8:00 am - 09:00 pm)
