Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and market development plans
- Independently acquire and manage new clients, driving business growth
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the management level
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to negotiate and close deals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Your profile:
- A degree in engineering, business, sales, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in telematics, SaaS, or the automotive industry
- An established network in the fleet and rental client sectors is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven "hunter" mentality
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work remotely
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
