Your responsibilities:

You will lead the market development efforts in Bavaria, with the potential to expand into Austria and Switzerland:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market development plans
  • Independently acquire and manage new clients, driving business growth
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the management level
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to negotiate and close deals
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Your profile:

  • A degree in engineering, business, sales, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in telematics, SaaS, or the automotive industry
  • An established network in the fleet and rental client sectors is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven "hunter" mentality
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work remotely
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English
