Your tasks:
- With the branch establishment in Belgium, you will support the Managing Director in market development by performing general assistance and secretarial tasks:
- Administrative and organizational planning of the daily business
- Appointment planning, coordination and monitoring
- Support with internal and external correspondence
- Planning, preparation, follow-up and organization of meetings, events and business trips
- Own project responsibility (evaluations, preparation of decision support, presentations, ...)
- Interface with other international departments or service providers
- Taking minutes at meetings and conferences
Your profile:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Successfully completed commercial training or similar
- Languages: English + ideally another national language of Belgium
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Able to take the initiative and set priorities
