Mission
- Develop Pixminds’ business with their strategic partner distributor
- Develop relationship with all partner stakeholders: country managers, sales teams, product teams, European group entities
- Volume and growth per category
- Main customer types, customer and order journeys
- Organization per country, per vendor, key success factors
- Chart, prioritize and execute business opportunities using this knowledge
- Simple, best-in-class compensation plan for countries
- Automated price & quotation structure per project quantity
- Use SKU preference matrix vs competition to train local teams
- Promote custom series to win market shares in private label & volume businesses
- Team with the partner’s other vendors to bundle Lexip SKUs & software keys
- Build partner’s webshop & emailing programs
- Alternative business models, renting, DaaS, etc
- Report to Pixminds’ director of international business development
- Variable-binding KPI: revenue & margin
